Real-Life Applications... how to use Observer

I just purchased the Observer and enjoy the watch. I've read the entire Instruction manual that comes with it but find it very technical, void of examples. Does anyone know of another resource that would help me see some examples of how to use the cool features of this wrist computer?

The Observer is 1/3 smaller in both diameter and width than the first generation Suunto Watches (Vector, Altimax, etc). It also features a chronograph, which previously was only offered in the Navitech but is now discontinued.
