Observer Stainless Band

I recently recieved my new Observer in the mail. I had paid the additional $60 for the stainless steel band and note that the entire band is rubber with a couple stainless steel "accents" is this what I paid $60 for?

If you do not like it do not cut the band to your size. Call me @ 1-800-882-9096 and get an RA # from me. Exchange it for the Elastomer strap, (rubber strap) and save the $$. Sorry you didnt like it, we want you happy let us know what you want to do. DO NOT CUT THE BAND IF YOU WISH TO RETURN IT!!
