N3 "waiting for data"

So I have my trusty N3 and decided to resubscribe to MSN Direct. I have paid my money to MSN, phoned them to confirm my accout is fine, I am getting a 100% signal but I have had no luck reactivating my watch. I called MSN Direct custumer support but they were not every helpful. My watch says " waiting for data" ?

Any ideas? I have tried to resend the signal from the MSD Direct web site and have done a soft reset on the watch?

You should call them to get better support. You should retry, btw you can also try writing email to the support.

MSN Consumer service is marginal....Suunto was better....BUT neither told me the try to reset the N3 10X in 5 minutes to get the N3 back the Registration screen...it worked and was able to get my N3 receiving data again!!!

Reset
