| I can't seem to get my X6 to connect to the serial port on my Windows 2000 machine. The serial port works fine for Palm synchonisation but when I unplug the Palm cradle and plug in the X6 serial cable I see the message "can't connect to wristop..." Does the serial interface need to be configured in any special way to work? It's currently COM1 |

| One suggestion that I'd make is to disable your auto enable for HotSync on computer startup. You will not be able to use any other serial port peripheral when HotSync is enabled. Make sure it is disabled before you try connecting and downloading your X6 to the Suunto Activity Manager. I hope this helps! AltimeterGuy |
