Heart rate missed!

My x6hrt doesnt show the heart rate anymore. The batteries are completely new, I have 2 chest straps to test with and I moisturize them before use. What is wrong ?

Make sure that the heart rate straps really work. Try them out at your local health club where most of the treadmills etc. should work with them. If they are sending out a signal then you know it is really the x6hr that is at fault.
