X6HR Coded monitors and trnsmitters

A few things on the X6 HR...
1. Are the monitors coded so that they dont fuzz up when you run with a group of guys all wearing HR monitors esp. Polar monitors.

2. Can you still use a Polar transmitter or are you limited to the proprietary transmiter of Suunto?

I use a polar transmitter with my X6HR. It works fine. Does that mean that the units are not "coded"?
