X-Lander Military Edition

Is the military edition of this watch MIL Spec # "W-4637 4F" compliant tested? Has it undergone any testing for the military? What military application was it designed for? Some underwater use I suspect.

Thanks

X-Lander Military Edition

Hi there,

You would need to contact Suunto directly at 800-543-9124. They will be able to answer your questions about compliant testing. Hope this helps!

Janice

Hi,

I am condidering X landerIs the military version still available as I can't seem to find anything on it. Are there specific differences other thab the black body that set them apart?
Why are they only 20m WR? and not at least 200mWr especially for a hard use tool watch.

Thanks

Angry X-Lander Military Version

I just purchased this watch (to be delivered tomorrow) I'm a bit cofused though; I can't find anywhere in either the user's manual, or the online specifications regarding "DUAL TIME" which is the ONLY reason I purchased the watch. I asked the operator if the watch did in fact display 2 seperate time zones simualtameously and was told YES by 2 seperate operators. I called back because I didn't believe the first operator. The users's manual says the "S-lander and Alimax displays dual time but NOT the X-Lander military version.
I have an X-Lander which doesn't display dual time.

Does anyone know if this watch displays dual time?
