| I have owned a Khaki Vector for the past 4 years and have been very happy with the watch overall. However, I just finished a backpacking trip where we had to use lots of bug repellent (non-aerosol DEET) and I have noticed that it partially corroded the watch face. I have multiple scratches on the face already just from everyday use which is understandable, this corrosion issue is not. My question is: Is this a known defect of the plastic watch face and what are my options from here? I can still read everything but I fear another bug infested trip will be the end of this watch. |
