| Hello to all; I just ordered a battery replacement kit for my VECTOR. I was just wondering if there's a special procedure to be performed on the VECTOR, or if I need to recalibrate the watch after the battery is replaced. Thanks. Yves. ![]()

| Vector battery Yes, all you need is a nickel or similar size coin, and one of our Suunto battery replacement kits. The kit includes a new battery, battery cover, and "O" ring. Place the nickel in slot, and turn the housing to the open position. Then, keep the nickel in the slot, lean it to the left or right, and pull towards yourself. In the event the battery cover does not come off, you will have to use a thin tool (not a knife because you may tear the "O" ring) to work your way around the housing and pop the lid off. The watch will then reset. Leaving you to set it again.
