Upset about Suunto Customer Service

hello,

I am new here. I have a T6 + footpod + heartbelt. I have contacted Suunto via web bc my heartbelt is no longer detected by T6. It connects but does not display heart rate.
I have replaced batteries and paired both t6 and heartbelt again but it would not work. It displays heart rate for a couple of seconds and then becomes blank.

I am really disappointed about Suunto Customer Service. There is no toll free number for Spain, no number in fact. Am i supposed to call US, Canada or Finland to make a question?
I filled in a service request some 30 days ago but i have not heard from Suunto.

Has anyone had a similar problem with his/her heart belt? What did you do?
