Barometric graph garbled

I have had my suunto core for a few months and have no trouble. The past few days the barometer and altimeter graphs are garbled. I am seeing a few vertical lines on the left side of the display. Any suggestions or fixes?

try adjusting the contrast - or doing a reset on the watch -see software version on how to do it
