Color Choice - Can't Decide !

Hey guys,

Just bought my first Core today in the light green color...BUT I started looking at the other colors online and I'm really diggin' the new Black and White Core that is currently backordered...I know color is such an individual thing BUT which color (light green or black and white) do you guys like the best and why ?

Also, I noticed the price of the light green is 100 dollars cheaper than the new Black and White model....Why is that ?

Thanks for your help ! And btw, I'm hoping I bought a good quality watch...In reading some of these posts, I don't know who to believe, who's telling the truth or who has a personal vendetta against Suunto, but it makes me a little nervous to drop this amount of money on a watch and reading some of these comments basically stating that the Suunto Core is a piece of ****...I really don't know who to believe...

Hi there,

Both colours look good I think, although I went for the Core Regular black. Got it last week.

Suunto has a good reputation in terms of customer srvice, so I would not wory too much about that. It is a nice piece of equippment, I'd say enjoy your new watch instead of worrying about what might happen.

No idea why there is a price difference...

Thanks ! And thanks for the advice....Does anybody out there have the light green color ? If you do, what do you think of it ? I also have pretty small wrists which is a little concerning since the face of the watch is large....

I have read a few comments in which people with small wrists still have said that the watch really looks good...

I was just curious about the light green color and if the people who own one have been happy with the color selection...I've got a lot of black watches so that's why I went with it, but I didn't want it to be too trendy and out of style in 3 weeks...

To be fair...Suunto has a great reputation. It suffered only because of the Core and and the long time it took Suunto to get things sorted out. And a lot of people got frustrated with Suunto. It after the software update everything seems to be all right. I bought the All Black one and I love it...mostly because I love black.
The green one might be cheaper because it has no real bezel (even if I don't now that this would justify 100$) and I could imagine that this line might be discontinued soon, since it was among the first which were released.

I have the light green & like it, it's different. I did have someone comment on the size though. They asked if I got that from Flavor Flav, the rapper who wears the large clocks around his neck.
