9XMi USB connection fails

hello
I just got a used 9XMi (built in 2007) over ebay from Canada.
Everything works fine except the connection with an PC.
I tried it on 4 machines now, of course with installed USB drivers.
The computers don't even register the plug-in.
Power charging does work. Conductivity of the cable is fine on all 4 wires.

Can You please give me the voltages between the 4 pins
on the back of the watch in disconnected state as a reference
how it should be?

Thanks,

MKIII from Germany

Fix

Hmmm Sounds strange... Do other USB Devices work on that? It could be that your Com port settings in your Trek Manager are off... I would start there...

Hi, I just got my watch back from the Suunto Service.
It works fine now with a new USB-Cable.

Hi,
I just got my watch back from Suunto Service.
It was due to a defect USB-cable that mine didn't work with a PC.
