X10M Frozen, Unresponsive -- HELP!

Hello,

I got a brand new Suunto X10M and was using it for a couple hours. I was working with the GPS functions and suddenly it went blank and the light started blinking.

Thinking it had simply lost battery, I went to plug it in and no luck. Still blank screen, blinking 5 times - then repeat. It's now been 12 hours roughly and any attempts to power it up or "charge" it were unsuccessful. It is still blinking and nothing on the face.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

UPDATE:

I noticed that the watch stopped blinking: the battery had totally died. I let it sit for a moment and then plugged it into the wall. "PC INTERFACE" popped up and it started charging. So I plan on letting it charge and then turning it on. Should be all good.
