Unhappy Track Exporter error "an italk error has occured: (0x8027) Illegal id"

Hi. I bought a x9mi and every thing is all right. I understand the watch limitations and it works fine in open sky, but when I tried to connect the watch to the pc for use the track exporter software I get the following error message:

An iTalk error has occured: (0x8027) Illegal id

Does anybody knows how to fix that? or does any body knows how to contact suunto for personal help assistance?

If any body has information please contact me at rafin2000@yahoo.com

Most likely a COM port error, I presume you have the iTalk iPod mic and it is causing a conflict I think.

Open Suunto Trek manager and then connect the X9 and then connect to it from Trek manager, now check under the ID area if it says the following:

Under serial port settings it should be set as AUTO under port number and Connect delay should be set to Normal. Click Update X9 settings. Now restart your PC.

Then it should be working fine...

If not then I have no clue what the problem is...
