Question x9mi, I could't see route list in the navigation menu

When I try to see route list in the navigation menu, I got "route list failed" and then "timeout" massege so I can't select the necessary route for navigation. how can I solve this problem?

I have tried to connect via PC and add waypoint. I discover that my watch was reset by this action. Now I can see the submenus and add way points manualy on the watch. No error any more.
