How to replace Observer Strap

Hello,

Could you please provide instructions as to how to replace strap on Observer models? I saw that there are pins that attach the strap to the watch body, how can I remove them?

Also, I am thinking to replace the titanium strap with elastomer strap, as per your suggestion, and also because I find the titanium strap too rigid. Is elastomer strap any softer?

I find the Elastomer strap a little softer and more comfortable to wear. I highly recommend taking your Observer to a watch reapir/jeweler to replace the strap if you opt to purchase the elastomer strap. They have a special tool that makes it easier to remove/replace the pins.
