Where to buy replacement leather strap?

Hi. I've had my Observer for a couple of years, now, and despite wearing it in rotation with other watches, and not even subjecting it to "sports" stresses I my 3rd "titanium" strap snapped for no reason. Again.

I have had it with this ridiculous strap. Velcro and duct-tape would be more durable and give better peace of mind. If I was using this watch as designed, and engaging in sports activities whilst wearing it I would definitely have lost it by now as the straps broke.

I notice you now sell a model with a leather band. Where can I buy this leather band? If I can buy one for a reasonable price I may just give it another try, otherwise this watch is useless. I'm not spending another $100 on a strap which is guaranteed to break after 4 months.

This one will fit http://suuntowatches.com/Suunto-G6-R...ment-Strap.pro - I used it on mine for awhile - no issues, but eventually moved to this: zulufourringindex - the watch needs to be modified to make it work, and the modification is perment - basically you have to open up the area where the band attaches - I did it with a power sander.

aha!

Thanks for the links. They don't ship outside the u.s. But I should be able to find one at my local dealer now I know the reference.

As for the second option, that's great! I hadn't thought about nodding the case itself. It makes sense though. Then any number of third party straps would fit.

I'm going to see if my dremel can do it.
