Neck Lanyard

Is there anyway to get a lanyard for the observer? I have the stainless stell model and I really love it, but when I dress up, I sometimes prefer to wear one of my more dressier watches and would still like to use the features or the observer. How can I get a lanyard for it, or is there one already out?
