Angry Watch band repair

Where do I send in a malfunctioning watch band? I've had my titanium Observer since they were first released. Love the watch but I'm now on my second band. They're not cheap and with this last one the safety clasp has been slipping off about two months after I bought it. It's getting to be a pain in the **** especially since it comes undone when I turn my wrist, catch it on a shirt cuff, etc. I've taken it to a couple of jewelers but they can't fix it because the hook piece was designed at the wrong angle and it's too solid to bend.

I didn't buy the band through Niche though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are in the US or Canada I would say call Suunto USA and ask for help, 800-543-9124. Outside the US I think you have to use the dealer locator on www.suunto.com

Have you tried to order a replacement from www.suuntowatches.com? Also, here is something to consider. My buddy also has the titanium observer. He did not like the band though. So he ordered that regular black plastic band. May not look as nice, but he prefers the fit to that original band.

Thanks mrgeek, I'll try Suunto customer service first with the number you listed. I'd hate to order another one yet since this last one cost $70. I had looked at the black band you mentioned and will go that route if I can't get this other band fixed.

Gain, thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
