Barometer question

Hi everyone, i recently bought a Observer sr

i prefer to use in baro mode, and i zeroing the Hpa just near the air tower here in Buenos Aires Argentina with the ATIS info

but, i live around 1 Klick fom the tower but 50 meters up

in the lobby of my condo, the reading is fine and very precise
but whe i take the elevator to my appartment, the Hpa reading go down 5 points

anyone con help me whit this issue?

i make a comp by mind, but it is possible to adjust this automaticaly ?
