titanium band - can I reuse the links when I replace the rubber band

The rubber part of the titanium band on my Observer has broken. I'd like to know if I can just buy a plain Elasto band and reuse the Titanium pieces from my existing one.

It seems from the pics that the plain Elasto band does not have the holes to clip the links on to.

Unfortunately, you will need to buy a new titanium band. Like you said the plain Elastomer band will not have the holes to click the links into.
