I'm having a lot of trouble finding out exactly what data you can extract from the t3 and t6 for later analysis in STraM. Does the t3/t3c record sufficient data to analyse VO2 from throughout a training session (I am lead to believe this is possible with the t6/t6c)? If someone could point out the main differences in watch features (other than altimeter & barometer) and recorded data/analysis with STrM between the t3/t3c and t/t6c I'd be grateful. Many thanks.

T3 vs T6 Kiwi, I have a T6 and a friend of mine has a T4. Both are nice watches. The big difference is the software. T6 uses Training Manager, while T3/T4 uses Training Manager-Lite. From what I can see, Training Manger Lite only uses the summary records the watch creates. There might be a way to look at the detailed records, but I can find them. My T6 captures data at two recording options. Either at 10 second intervals or 2 second intervals. All records are then downloaded to my PC via Training Manager. Here I can look at an a training session in detail and copy training records for further analysis into Excel. I did a Lactate threshold test recently at a local hospital, and I had my Suunto watch on to see how close the results where to my test. Everyone was pretty amazed at how close the results were. If your looking for accurate results, make sure you set your personal vital capacity parameter correctly. -Gbvilla

t3 vs t6 T3/T4 is not compatible with Training Manager as it only stores summary results. I own T3C, T4, and T6 and would recommend buying T3C with Firstbeat Athlete software that Firstbeat sells online. Firstbeat Athlete is basically the PC version of the "coach" feature in the T4 and is far easier to use on a PC than on a watch and supports T3, T4, and T6. Now if you really want all the data of a T6, I would suggest waiting for a T6C as it will add a comfort belts, cadence pod support, and real time train effect measurements.
