I'm really struggling with
Suunto service and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice. I sent my
t3 in for repair over six weeks ago...no watch. I've tried emailing their support with little to no success only that they're just about to send it. Finally I got their US service manager. He emailed me once assuring me it was simply backordered and that it would be in on the 9th...still nothing. I've sent multiple emails since and he won't respond now.
Don't know what to do. I've offered to pay for an upgrade, said I'd accept a refund...no response.
Have a race in less than four weeks and have been without my watch during the majority of the
training. It's a great product...but I'm not sure it's worth this hassle. Has anyone else had these problems? Advice?
