| Hello, I am quite curious about the basis for Consumed Calories in T3 since it really does not seem to make any sense to me... I ran roughly the same distance in about the same time with two days apart... the T3 however claims that the calorie consumption was about three times greater in the second lap...! That does not seem very plausible to me and the main difference between the laps was the average heart rate (see attached picture) so can someone provide any info to this mystery? As a sidenote, am I the only one who find that the accuracy of Suunto heartbelts detoriate really quickly with frequent use to become really unreliable and useless in just a few months? |

| good for you!!! at least you have a very good reading about calories consumption, i did 40 minutes of spinning and my t4c said that I burned 29 kcal..... that´s really weird!!!!!!!!!!! did you figure ir out? or someone gave you some feedback about it? |

| Did your activity class or weight change (I mean the parameters in the watch)? The calories burned are based on your weight and METs that are in the case of T3c/T4c determined from your Ativity Class. And of course the heart rate during the workout. Also note that you second workout is about 25 minutes longer than the first one. That could explain part of the difference. The other one I assume may be due to activity class or weight changes in the parameters. |

i think is not a setting thing.... in a spinning class i must burned at least 300 kcal at 85% hr average, but the watch said 29kcal.... that´s sucks! what kind of parameters i need to set to work properly? thanksssssssssssssss |
