Hi all,
I have a T6c since June this year. And I still have absolutely no idea how to interpret the trainings level diagram in the TM and it would be really nice if somebody of you can help my on how I have to plan my trainings.
As you can see in the picture from the attachment my
training level was in general higher at the beginning but is now pretty low even if I am
training quite hard. As I have read in the manual a good athlet has very high
training level boundaries. But what do I do wrong that my boundaries are so low?
And this leads to the main question: with the t6c and the TM (which is a quite bad software from my point of view) I do get a bunch of data but I have no idea how to interpret them to improve my
training level.
It would be really nice is somebody can help me.
