my suunto t6 wont connect to the training manager programme

I ve tried deactivating my firewalls, all my USB ports, it wont connect. anybody got any idea? thanks in advance

I would try reinstalling the drivers for the watch. You should be able to get them from Suunto website.

I had the same problem.

What you need to do is hard reset the watch (you will lose just hour and day settings but your training logs will stay): remove the battery and put it back in the watch.

Than reconnect it to your PC (I use a PowerMac with Parallels Desktop to run the Training Manager) and it should work again without losing your data.
