T4c and Foot Pod Need help

Hi, I just received my first Sunnto watch today. The instructions are not the best. I did my first run today and everything went well except my watch never paired /w my foot pod. I cannot find the option "pair with pod" as the instructions tell you too. Can someone tell my how to pair the pod /w my watch.

A bit late I suppose but I think mine automatically finds the pod if you go to hr ( heart rate )which is the buttons at three o'clock and seven o'clock at the same time
