| Problem with brand new T1c Hi! Ive just bought a Suunto T1c. When i enter Training mode its says check belt and beeps. I replaced the belt battery and tried to hold the back button when in training mode, and it says code not found. Any solutions?      |

| Hi, there are a few posts on this issue, but: 1. Have you moistened behind the belt where it rests on your chest? Often it will not get a connection for heart rate if you don't (not sure if this is the issue or not) 2. Follow directions at: a. | Okay, i work at a sportstore, selling watches like these. Ofcoure i know how to change the battery, ive tried everything that i can think of, and it still doesnt work. |

| Wow, this is really the worst customer service ive ever experienced, seriously, isnt there anyone who really know how the watch works? im tired of mailing with your service senter who tells me the same as ive tried over and over again, ive bought a product of yours, then show that you care about your customers and give some other help than saying "change the battery" which is obvious.. |
