Training Manager Lite question

I have a T3c with foot pod. I am looking to get the PC Pod. I did research and it states that you can only see a summary of your workouts. I know that if I go back and attempt to look up old workouts, I can not longer even see the lap information (Granted this might be user error).

My question is will I be able to see lap information? My fear is that the information is as basic as. the total distance, avg. pace, and avg HR. For example. You ran 8 miles, at 8:00 average pace, and 155 avg. HR. I have my laps set for 1 mile, so will I be able to get lap information like:
  • Avg Pace
  • Max Pace
  • Min Pace
  • Time
  • HR
  • Max HR

I would be interested in seeing this information for the total workout as well as for each mile. I can not find a screen shot to confirm if this information is available, and do not know how to interpret "summary".

I do not want to go buy a 305, but am at the point in my training where i want to analyze my data.

Thanks for the help. also screen shots of the lap information would also be much appreciated.

Jon

Hi jfoster51,

the informations are more or less basic. (although using a german version I added at least one screenshot, hope it gives you at least an impression; for a better view you might install TML and create a manual log/ entry, which is possible (way is described in the help file) )

In the summary (first page) you will see the overall avg and max speed,
when watching you laps you will get
number of lap - time (summed up) - time (lap) - HR (avg for lap) - distance of lap - avg. pace of lap.
So you will miss: max pace/ min pace / max HR for lap
