T3c: Comfort belt has stopped working

I've had the T3c for about 7 months. Over the last 2 months the comfort belt (HRM) has been having the same problems that were posted about the older HRM belts with the standard T series watches. Heart rate at 85 while running, heart rate jumps to 175, etc.

I emailed Sunnto and they told me the standard replace battery, pair, etc. Which I did. I even followed their detailed instructions for correct pairing of the HRM to the watch. The heart rate is still incorrect during parts of my workout. The watch battery is also new and the watch has no problem reading my foot pod.

Are other people having the same problem with these newer comfort belts? The belt is driving me crazy. Any tips on fixing this thing without having to send it back would be appreciated.

hi!!! how can you do that? could you pls explain the steps? i have the same problem reading i thing the belt, my kcal burned displays wrong, f.e , with 40 min of spinning at 85% (average) it said 29 kcal.... it´s really rare, don´t you?
