I have spent the better part of 1 week researching which HRM I will get and decided on the
Suunto t6c combined with Firstbeat Athlete.
I have over the years increased my physical fitness and am married to a R.D. (Registered Dietitian) so the role of nutrition in my
training is covered.
Before I purchase I have a few questions that I need clarified as this is uncharted territory for me and could not find anything on these particular questions.
1. Assuming Firstbeat Athlete (The Coach built within it) recommends that I do 4 workouts with varying TE for week one. Do I have to stick with only 1 aerobic activity ? ie. Running
2. In my 4 workouts for the week, is strength
training counted as one of my activites or should I consider that weight
training "separate" ?
3. I noticed many athletes use HRM for cardio mainly. Has anyone used a HRM with Firstbeat Athlete with weight
training in mind ? If so I appreciate any information on how you implemented it.
