| Kcal Count at level 8 The watch has continuously bumped me up on the levels, at level 8 30 minutes of stretching netted 0 cals. 19 min of exercise at 130 ave hr and a peak of 174hr netted 35 cals. I reset the level to 6 and the watch seemed to work at what I call normal results. Questions I have are: What determines levels? time, a formula, or a wild guess. How do I know that the watch is working as designed? I do really like the watch, just lost some confidence in it. would like trust it again. Rick |

| rick6003 The main criteria is MET value coupled with the duration and intensity - it's likely that if you are bumped up to Activity class 8 the METs have automatically increased as have the 'allowable' duration and intensity to get TE. See my running guide for how to personlise your settings available here: Fletcher Sport Science and from Suunto - Home |
