Thinking of getting Suunto T3c or T4c

Hi,

Im thinking of getting either a Suunto T3c or T4c, dont know which one is better. I plan on using it for running and swimming. Any advise would be great.

The other matter is, would it be able to download the data from watch to pc? For example, the training coach and heart rate moniters, would it be able to download all the data and track my record for 3-6 months?

I understand that there is a PC pod which costs and additional ~99usd, but is there a usb cable which comes with the watch?

any info would be great.

but it is well worth the extra money. i have used mine now for about8 months and looking back over the data is always helpful. as the years go by and i reapeat some of the annual races i will be able to see averages speeds, heart rates etc and find improvements. short term spend for a long term gain i think.
I have the T3c and i think the only difference is the training coach in the T4c ( which would only be useful if you planned to follow its advice strictly)
