T6 low heart rate readings

Hi,

I've owned a T6 since 2001 and it recently began to develop a problem with reading the heart rate from the T6 heart rate strap. The watch recognizes the strap, but reports my heart rate as no more than 30 bpm during a workout (I wish!). I replaced the batteries in both the strap and the watch and still no joy.

Any ideas?

Gracias,

Stephen

Heart rate monitor problems

I owned the watch/heartrate/speed sensor since 2007.
Recently my heart rate started to behave differently. It shows around 60 - 70bpm at workout.
My speed sensor seems fine.
New batteries in watch and heart rate monitor as well didnt help.

Anybody heard of this? Firmware might help?

Same thing here

My T6 has worked perfectly for two years now with no problem reading my heart rate. Suddenly last week it only read about 50% of my rate during a workout. It continued that behaviour for about a week, but now its back like normal.. almost. I now have a problem getting my watch to show me the rate. The heart icon pulses as normal on my watch, but it is onlys showing "---" at the rate.

I have changed batteries and tried to adjust the belt without any luck.

Runner 365 and SlowerThanCat: Have you experienced any development about this problem?

Would be very thankful for some help!
