Backlight problem T6c

When I start the training mode and the comfort belt is on, the backlight sparkle continually (flashing). It is impossible to read the data correctly on the watch. But, when the training mode is off and I don't wear the belt (belt off), the backlight work well.

I have the same problem with my brand new T6C. A bit disappointing really...

Anybody has a solution, or can tell if this is normal and expected?

The Core does something similar while in compass mode.. I am pretty sure it is to preserve battery life.
