Pause a workout?

Quick question.

My wife has a Polar monitor that has the ability to pause a session. Good if you run somewhere stop have a drink; hang out etc the run back. Does the T3 have this ability or do you just do two logs? Haven’t tried stopping and starting the timer to see if that pauses the session. Thought I’d ask here first.
