HR Belt shows "---" instead of the HR

hi all,

have my t6 since march. worked fine till monday....

during my training the t6 showed me "---" instead of the HR. not for long, just 1 or 2 seconds... this action repeated 10 - 15 times in an hour.

so i replaced the battery, paired it new... same problem again on tuesday.. the "---" times did even last longer but the HR showed looked right.

yesterday, what a laugh... training started like the days before...HR and "---" changed every minute for a few seconds... HR seemed to be ok.... and suddenly i had a HR of 75 to 80 (????)... seconds before i had a 165 (felt like 165)... what a difference, and the pulse didnt get up till the end... had a HR-range between 36 (miguel indurain???) and 80... and my "---"...

what the **** is wrong with my belt??? is he damaged???

i have already written my problems to suunto but i think i dont get an answer before christmas

I have had similar problems:

1) The heart belt needs to be tighter,
2) Try wetting or lubricating the HR Monitor

3) Lastly you need a new belt.
