| only HR not training effect? Hello all, I just got a t3, I've used it on two runs. All ran smoothly on my first run, and I saw a training effect of 4.5 or so after 17min. I went for a similar run today (20min) and the training effect was listed as 1.0 on the face. After I finished the run I checked the logbook and no training effect was recorded. I did the same thing both runs, put on the strap, put the watch in training mode, verify there is a visible HR, leave the house and start the timer after getting out of the gate. The logbook shows lots of extra info for the first run, peak HR, calories, but the second run only shows average HR, and time. What happened that the t3 would sense the HR, but fail to calculate a TE? There was no functional difference in how I did the two runs. How can I keep this from happening again? Thanks, .b. |
